Project Terms

Non-Refundable Deposit

The initial deposit (down payment) is non-refundable once the project begins. This secures your slot and covers initial research and concept development.

Initial Concepts

You will receive 2-3 initial logo/brand concepts to choose from. Each concept represents a unique creative direction based on your questionnaire responses.

Revision Rounds

The project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the selected concept. Revisions cover adjustments to layout, color, and typography within the approved direction.

Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the included 2 rounds will be quoted separately and billed before work continues. Major direction changes may be considered a new concept.

Client Response Time

If feedback is not provided within 7 business days at any stage, the project timeline will shift accordingly. Projects inactive for 30+ days may require re-scoping.

Satisfaction & Refinement

We work closely with you to achieve the best result. If the initial concepts don't resonate, we refine within the revision scope. Full refunds are not guaranteed after work has started.

File Delivery Formats

Final deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vector), and PNG, JPG (raster) in all required sizes and color modes (CMYK + RGB).

Final Approval & Closure

Once you approve the final design, the project is considered complete and closed. Reopening a closed project for modifications may be subject to additional billing.

Usage Rights

Upon final payment, you own full rights to the approved logo and brand identity. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise.

Estimated Timeline

Project duration depends on scope and feedback speed. A typical brand identity project takes 3-5 weeks. Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline accordingly.
